The activity between Wuyi University and our company was a visit to Oriental Heavy Industry by a school-enterprise exchange group led by Professor Wang Liankun from the Department of Civil Engineering. The core teaching and management team included Associate Professor Chen Kongliang, head of Transportation Engineering (Road and Bridge Engineering), Associate Professor Zhang Jiong, graduate class management officer, and lecturer Xia Mengxue, career development mentor, along with six outstanding student representatives from the Road and Bridge Engineering major. Zhao Baoyan, general manager of Oriental Heavy Industry, and the senior management team provided full-time hospitality. Both sides held a special seminar around the theme of "Industry-Education Integration and Collaborative Talent Cultivation," and had in-depth discussions on industry technology frontiers, corporate talent strategy planning, and school-enterprise cooperation innovation models.

In the interactive Q&A session, company leaders patiently answered questions about material optimization and process standardization of precast concrete components. Teachers and students actively asked questions about industry trends and career development, creating a lively atmosphere.

Under the current severe employment situation, our company actively responds to the national call for "stable employment" and actively assumes social responsibility. This year, the company plans to recruit more than 20 graduates from universities in the province, including Wuyi University, Guangdong University of Science and Technology, and Guangdong Light Industry Vocational Technical College, to contribute to solving the problem of employment.
